I had been communicating with Francisco by text about a 9x25 alumiwood patio cover and he gave me an initial estimate that suited my budget. We set up and comfirmed an appointment at my house to finalize the deal and he never showed up. I called and left a message to see if he was okay but never received a call back. I contacted the company via IG and my message was marked as "seen" but I never recieved a response. To say the least, I am highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism as I carved out my entire day of work around the appointment. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
